Kantary Hills Hotel, Chiang Mai

Location and kind staff, spacious for one bedroom and studio there were big in size and had a washing machine in the one bedroom and big fridge.. good for families as the guests were calm Over looking the mountains if you request so Close to airportDidnt have a spa but u can get a massage in the room 24 hrs

Was not clean enough.. furniture seemed very used and old The balcony is too small for a smooker

Everything: the efficient professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, without exception: at the reception desk, in the restaurant, at the doors, in the exercise room; the pleasantness of the spaces -- roomy, airy, not crowded. The rooms -- everything we needed, our request for a higher floor in the main building with a view of the mountains was fulfilled. Everything works well, very efficiently, and with a pleasant, unpressured, unpretentious atmosphere. The broad selection of food at breakfast was excellent, and the dinners we had (2) were very good too.

Can't think of anything.

Breakfast were mainly cooked meals, bread/toast, some fruits. But not really very much variety. Rooms big, little bit outdated, but ok. Nice gym, nice pool. Staff tremendous.

Was ok, little bit out of the center. But restaurants and shops in walking distance. Good restaurant nearby: „So Good Thai Restsurant“ 150m to walk.

Location, clean

Noise

Location is verey good and the ammenities that Kantary has close to the main Hotel is very nice, the coffee shops, bars, etc, all Kantary owned. Nice.

This trip the breakfast was not great due to renovations in the main restaurant where breakfast buffet is served, i think.

We happened to visit during songkran and we were upgraded and the room was very nice. The location was perfect for us since it wasn't in the old town so we didn't have to worry about the traffic from the holiday.

Great location. Good size and light rooms.

Room felt a little dated and breakfast okay (rather than great).

The location was awesome. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great.

The beds were a hard for my liking.

Proximity to the fun Nimman area. Walking distance. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had most amenities if you like a kitchen, balcony and nice seating area. Lovely view of the hills. Pools were great for lap swimming. Gym was decent with some pretty well maintained machines, cardio equip, free weights and stretch area. It’s a large hotel so, easy to feel privacy.

It was odd that the room had a rice cooker but no toaster, a space for a washer but no washer, and no wash clothes only face towels. Also, the gym offered no sweat towels, only beach towels. Breakfast buffet was adequate but dull.

Nice room, good beds, very accommodating staff, good location, useful gym, excellent pool.

Fantastic breakfast, locations, restaurant nearby, near airport.

nothing to dislike, except the aircon in my the rooms is noisy.

amazing customer service and exceptionally clean.every staff member is extremely polite great location

bed a little firm for me but I understand that's a personal preference

Good facilities, excellent breakfast. Spacious room

Nothings

A modern, clean hotel with great gym and pool. I got upgraded to a one bedroom and it was excellent , good space, big TVs and a couch and washing machine etc. I hadn't stayed in this area before and had stayed in old town. I much prefer this area for bars and restaurants. The hotel was a great stay and wish I had stayed longer. The staff were all very nice and helpful. One last thing the breakfast buffet was 10/10 and believe me in the last two months of travel it was one of the best with cheeses, proper sausages and the best pastries as they were so fresh.

Never made it to the property. Unexpected circumstances meant we needed to shift our booking forward by 1 day. We checked with them by email about availability of rooms, which they confirmed there was but, upon asking if we could change the date by 1 day they would not assist in any way. Booking.com were happy to change the date and attempted to secure a refund due to our circumstances however, the hotel preferred to relive us of our funds and provide no service whatsoever. Extremely disappointing.

Treated with complete disdain, as though we were nothing more than an inconvenience.

Large array of food for breakfast to suit every taste. Comfortable bed, good aircon and a nice location.

I had no issues while staying there

The staff was great, the swimming pool and fitness where so good

The room and bed. Those were outdated.Jacuzzi by the pool also needs to be replaced as it was overly used.

the meals in general were amazing everything was delicious and the staff very friendly

better pillows maybe kettle

there is nothing to like

It was very dirty, there is no 24-hour reception, the employees are very disrespectful, you won't find a taxi in this part of the city, the hotel service is very poor, the food is not good at all, I was robbed in this hotel, and after 12 nights, the hotel doesn't even bring you water. If you want to buy, you have to walk back for 7-8 minutes. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. This hotel is completely a dirty 3-star hotel with extremely rude personnel.

Loved our stay, perfect location. All staff so friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and facilities perfect
